STEAM Education

What is STEAM?

STEAM is the most powerful tool to inspire and grow curiosity. With STEAM the objective is to empower students to ask complex questions, improve their creativity and exploration, and to connect their problem-solving skills to real-world solutions. With STEAM, schools promote inclusion: no subject, or student, is excluded.

Introduction

The today´s world require students to acquire the skills and knowledge they’ll need to be successful innovators in a 21st century workforce. A growing emphasis can be seen on STEAM — the educational discipline that engages students around the subjects of Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Math. STEAM subjects aims to spark an interest and lifelong passion for sciences and arts in children from an early age. Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Math are important elements for children growth. A solid STEAM education will enable a better future for current students, and not only. Other than the students, STEAM empowers teachers to improve the quality of their education, promote project-based learning that crosses each of the five disciplines and fosters an inclusive learning environment. With STEAM education at iSpace School teachers grow students engagement and contribution. As opposed to traditional models of teaching, teachers using the STEAM framework provide a complementing education that crosses the disciplines together, create the synergy science and art content. This holistic approach help students to exercise both sides of their brain at the same time.

What is our model of STEAM?

At iSpace School, students learn about Space topics, and start learning about physics, engineering and human spaceflight. Our continuously updated material include Virtual Classes, Quiz, Videos, PDF;, and TEAM challenges/experiments for competition. With our tools we offer the students the possibility to experience multiple aspects of the Space sector as well as to gain skills that they will have for the rest of their lives. This is a wonderful opportunity to inspire young STEAM innovators from across the country and raise knowledge and curiosity about the Space Sector.

What are the advantages for the parents to offer this education to their Children?

Preparation for the future of your children starts today. STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) programs prepare students for a variety of careers, including engineering, science, and research, and in particular we open the doors to a career in the Space Sector. Education could be challenging for some students. We support education using powerful and fascinating topics from the Space Sector. Through space subjects, children will learn important values, such as commitment, dedication, work and inspiration. STEAM disciplines are both interesting and difficult. They can help you prepare for careers in fields that pay well and are plentiful. STEAM jobs are growing at a faster rate than non-STEAM jobs for postsecondary students. Furthermore, the skills learned while studying STEAM subjects, such as critical thinking and problem solving, are applicable to almost all careers and are in high demand for the majority.
